understand different market structures and anti-monopoly regulations;
find out the latest developments in the reform of state-owned enterprises in Ukraine, including the largest monopolies;

understand the logic of network industries’ regulation and its application in Ukraine;
learn about the new public procurement system and its usefulness for business.
At the end of the seminar participants can write a final test (optional), and those who successfully pass it will receive a certificate.
